Our young family loved the clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and the awesome pool with a waterslide. Breakfast had tons of options, including a waffle bar, which was a hit with the kids!
Felt very happy, no complaints whatsoever!

Excellent and peaceful setting in the particularly good area, near a shopping plaza that has a variety of stores, close to a large mall with Walmart and many restaurants.

The location is very convenient, close to everything, and the breakfast options look great, including choices for Keto diets, although we didn't get a chance to sample it.

The hotel was in a quiet area near a big shopping center, and our room had everything we needed, including a refrigerator, microwave, and a variety of TV channels. Rewritten: the hotel is in a peaceful spot close to a big mall, and the room has great amenities like a fridge, microwave, and lots of TV channels.

The first night (sunday) the elevator was not working. It was working monday after work but on wednesday after work I was using the elevator and it lock me inside for about 15 minutes when it finally opened up I asked the two desk clerks if they had not heard the alarm sounding from the elevator and they both said "no" I heard the alarm as I pushed the button, no one else did that was creepy. The alarm should be out side the elevator were the desk staff can hear it does not do any good for the person pushing the button. Obviously I knew I was stuck so I did not need to hear. I was looking for help.

The complementary breakfast was well above what I could have excpected. First rate. I had booked this room using Booked.net and phoned to confirm my reservation and was assured the reservation had been made. On arriving at the hotel I was informed the room had been double booked and we had been bumped to a room valued at $100 dollars more than our reserved room. We were very pleased by this turn of events and it was handled seamlessly by the staff. Very nice pool and hot tub as well, and my daughter and I relived our childhood on the waterslide. Fabulous bathrooms in the Kingsize suite with large walk-in shower with choice of shower heads as well as a large jetted juccuzi type tub. Very nice
My standard in all hotels including this one is that they scrimp just a bit on the inroom coffee service. Honestly if a guest makes off with a packet or two of coffee occasionally lets absorb this loss and provide at least 4 packets per room.

Cozy double room that's super quiet - you won't hear a thing! They've got a fridge, microwave, and TV in the room, which is handy. 😊 Love that they offer yogurt and fruit for breakfast! the location here is spot on - super close to the event center!

The so called Queen room is small for a 2 double bed room. Not a single chair or seat in the room. Certainly wont stay in that room for a week. Only fit for one or two nights stay! Its very unlike other Best Westerns that I have stayed.

The power was out so we could not waterslide or use the hot tub which was the main reason we booked this hotel. The staff would just come into out room with out knocking...and they charged us alot more for the room then the online booking said the total cost would be.

We felt the jet tub in the room was too small for two adults.
